How do i return an item?
You must initiate a return by completing the form in the contact section of the website. You must include the date purchased and your name, email address and products you intend to return. You must obtain the return merchandise authorization (RMA) before shipping your product. Please follow the instructions included when you receive your RMA
What is iflysims return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition. Items damaged during shipping are of course accepted. You are responsible for all shipping costs
How much will i be refunded
The amount refunded is the price minus any discounts or savings your received, plus any taxes paid on the item. It may take 10-14 days after we receive the returned product to process your refund
